All payments made to readable.io are handled by Stripe, one of the largest Worldwide online payment processors. Your payment card is never sent to our servers - it is only ever seen by Stripe. This ensures your payment is secure and we are PCI DSS compliant. PCI DSS is an industry standard for data security and processing of payment details.

There is no minimum or maximum term for your subscription. Some of our users have been with us for years, while others only use us for a short project. How do we add more people to our team?
Adding new people to your team is nice and straightforward. To add a new user to your account, head to your User Management page. You can add new users by entering their email addresses into the box at the top of the page. They will be sent an email containing a welcome message and a temporary password for their account. How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription at any time by visiting your ReadablePro profile page. Changes and billing will take place immediately. Billing for the first month will be prorated - credited or debited - based on: your previous subscription level when in the month you changed subscriptions From the following month, you will be charged at the new subscription level.
How do I turn off automatic renewal?
ReadablePro subscriptions continue by default until canceled by the subscriber. To stop your subscription from automatically renewing, click the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of your account management page, and follow the instructions that follow. Cancellation does not stop your subscription from working for the period you have already paid for; your account will continue to work until your subscription expires at the end of the curren

You will be sent a notification each time a payment is made, along with a link to download the associated invoice. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We regret that we do not accept payment by Paypal at the moment, and do not offer the option of payment via invoice. We are working on both of these at the moment.
How can I change my billing contact?
When logged into your Readable account, you can assign a billing contact by changing your billing preferences on this page. You will have the opportunity to add an email contact for billing. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
