How do I change or reset my password?
If you are able to login and would like to change your password, change your ReadablePro password here.
If you know your account email address, but can't remember your current password:
Go to the ReadablePro login screen
Click on 'Forgotten your password".
Enter your email address.
Click on 'Reset Password'. We'll send you an email.
Check your email and open our message.
Inside the email is a reset link - click on this.
Enter your new password.
Repeat your new password.
Click on 'set new password'.

Your name
Any possible email addresses you might have used
The name on the card used to pay for the subscription
The last 4 digits of the card used to pay for the subscription
The date and time of signup or of a payment
